Dunmow Ambulance Station
Recently I made a trip to the Republic of Ireland and visited the Ambulance Headquarters and Control Centre in Tullamore, County Offaly.
The Control Centre uses a computer aided despatch system to manage their resources. They accept 999/112 calls from both of the emergency call centres in Ireland, GPs and hospitals.

An ambulance crew showed me their well equipped vehicle which had a telemetry system for sending 12 lead ecg to the hospital.
